Open Minds and Open Hearts

Closed minds and closed hearts limit experience, close off possibilities, create walls where there are none, fence us in, isolate us, and fail to provide the protection they seem to promise. To live the most fulfilling lives of which human beings are capable, we must live with open, reflective minds, and open, caring hearts.  In openness, there is space for the vast expanses of reality and experience to enter in.
