Throughout our history, humans have always survived by leaning on one another. One day, you may need to lean on me for support and one day, I may need to lean on you. At our best, we people are like two sides of an arch, mutually holding each other up. There will always be those who will try to make us collapse and beat us down and reduce our arch to a tumbling cloud of rubble and broken stone. But it need not fall. A strong enough arch can resist the strongest winds; we must be that arch.
