Just loosen your grip.

Just notice you’re clinging.

If you can’t notice you’re clinging,
Just trace your suffering to its source.

If you can’t trace your suffering to its source,
Just allow yourself to feel what you feel.

If you do not feel ready to move on,
Just be where you are.

If you do feel ready,
Then allow yourself to feel what you feel,
Trace your suffering to its source,
Notice you’re clinging,
Loosen your grip,
And, at last,
Let go.
