Stone Hard Sunbeam – A Poem

By Adam J. Pearson

Lark’s call
Grey sky
Hearts fall
Sharp cry

Sweet kiss
Bus ride
Death wish
Inside

Stone hard
Sunbeam
Graveyard
Lost dream

Bright eyes
Deep blue
Soft sighs
Debut

Her love
Bright white
Light dove
Dark night

His heart
Jet black
Lost part
Off track

Earthquake
Light snow
Glass break
Grass grows

Selfish
Forget?
Careless
Regret.
