Do The Worthy Thing You Fear To Do

By Adam J. Pearson

Whatever you know to be of value and worth doing, but fear doing, resist doing, or can’t imagine yourself doing, do that.

Your growth lies there.

No one grows in their comfort zone.

Feel the fear, discomfort, and vulnerability and do it anyway.

Let the action flow through you with deliberateness, presence, and purpose.

The best way to prove to yourself that you are capable of more than you believe you are is to do what you believe is impossible for you.

A single action can refute a thousand pessimistic thoughts.

Bold action is its own demonstration.

Even a failed attempt is a great success compared to an action never even tried.

The successful are those who learn to fail progressively, each failure a little more successful than the last.

After all, fearlessness isn’t the absence of fear but the inability of fear to stop you from acting.

Acting despite fear and vulnerability is courage.

Where does your edge lie?

Start there and step beyond.

That’s where your freedom leads.
